- He has promised to supply every need we have. The Bible says: "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus". Phillipians 4:19. God has obligated Himself only to the extent of our needs. That would include food, clothing, shelter, companionship, love, and salvation thru Jesus Christ. This does not include the multiplicity of luxuries that we have come to think of as needs.
- God has promised that His grace is sufficient for us. (II Corinthians 12:9). He has made provision for our salvation by His grace through faith. Read Ephesians 2:8. It is through an obedient faith that we have access into the grace of God according to Romans 5:2.
- God has promised that His children will not be overtaken with temptation. He assures us that a way of escape will be provided. This promise is recorded in I Corinthians 10:13. Jude wrote: "Now unto Him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present your faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy" (Jude v 24). Darius, King of the Medes, said to Daniel, "Thy God whom thou servest continually, he will deliver thee" (Daniel 6:16). He did deliver Daniel from the den of lions.
- God has promised us victory over death. He first resurrected Jesus by way of assuring our resurrection. Peter said: "This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we are all witnesses" (Acts 2:32). Paul wrote to the Corinthians: "For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures, and that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures" (I Corinthians 15:3,4). Later on he adds: "but thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ" (I Corinthians 15:57).
- God has promised that all things work together for good to those who love and serve Him faithfully (Romans 8:28).
- God has promised that those who believe in Jesus and are baptized for the forgiveness of sins will be saved. (Read Mark 16:16 and Acts 2:38).
- God has promised His people eternal life (John 10:27,28).

Promises
Sometimes we forget what God has promised us. Here is a reminder:
One Heart Beat Away
Well here we go people, I'm just going to say it. Wether we want to believe it or not we are just a heart beat away from life or death, or from another point of view heaven or hell.
Let me tell what happened to me. About eight years ago I suffered a heart attack. My wife called the ambulance and they took me quickly to a hospital 32 miles away. I knew I was sick but the thought of dying never entered my mind,I just didn't think I was that sick.
Well I made it to the hospital and was quickly placed in an emergancy room. The doctor immediately recognized that I was having a heart attack and started ordering all kinds of medicines and things to be given to me.
Shortly after that, the last thing I remember is that one of the nurses gave me an asprin to chew. Well I didn't get to finish the asprin, as I blacked out and my heart stopped. I saw a black curtain come down slowly over my eyes, as if a curtain from a one act play.
That was it, I didn't have a sense of time or anything just darkness. There was no pain,no hollywood heart attack grabbing my chest and saying this is it! Nothing! It sort of felt like I wanted to dream but I couldn't.
There I was one minute my heart is beating the next its not. Then all of a sudden just like turning on a light switch, I awoke. The doctor was standing over me, holding those electrical paddles they use to shock you saying "your a lucky man we were able to start your heart." I said thank GOD! I all wanted was to live so I could be with my wife and family.
I quess what I want to say is that we don't know the hour of our death. We have to be prepared ahead of time because when the moment comes you may not have enough time to ask God to come into your life. Remember one heart beat doesn't last to long.
If you would like God to come into your life just say this short prayer outloud, Dear God I confess I'm a sinner, I confess Jesus is your son, I ask for the blood of Jesus to cover my sins.
Thats it for now, thanks for visiting my blog and god bless you all.

Medicine for the body
I am asking God to heal everyone who reads this and believes in him. I am personally praying for you, so please read this and say it out loud. Pray this everyday;
I am the body of Christ, I am redeemed from the curse, because Jesus bore my sickness and carried my diseases in his own body,by his stripes I am healed! I forbid any sickness or disease to operate in my body. Every organ every tissue of my body functions in the perfection in which God created it to function. I honor God and bring glory to him in my body.
I bind! cancer, infections, diseases, infirmities, impurities, pain in my body, mind, soul, families, ministries, governments, nations, countries, neighborhoods. I bind! mental disorders, nervous conditions, heart attacks, drug addictions, alcohol, brain, bone, organs, heart, veins, nervous, muscular and tissue conditions.
Thank you for Divine healing, health, wholeness, wellness, energy, long life, physical, mental, natural and spiritual healing.
I am healed, happy, whole, blessed, and prosperous, let the weak say," I am strong!"
I will rejoice in the midst of my difficulties. I will not let anything steal my joy or rob my peace.
We dwell on your promises, Father God. Thank you Jesus!
Thank you all and be blessed!
